This site describes Dynamic.ly, a pilot-stage product. Content is provided in good faith and labeled by status (pilot foundation, building, next, vision); nothing here is an offer of guaranteed functionality or outcomes.
Illustrative numbers on this site (plate costs, waste at risk, action examples) are product objects for explanation — not customer data and not claims of results.

Pilot participation is by agreement. Each pilot is governed by its own terms covering data handling, duration, and responsibilities — those terms control over this page where they differ.
Dynamic.ly recommends; your manager decides. Operational decisions made in your restaurant, including approved actions, remain your decisions.
Honest measurement is the deal: we report estimated and confirmed outcomes separately, including when the confirmed outcome is 'no effect'.

Don't misuse the site or forms (scraping, spam, attempting to access others' data).
Content, design, and brand on this site belong to Dynamic.ly; product names of others belong to them.

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Dynamic.ly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes are dated on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
